                                                                Course History               

           The southern border province is regarded as an area of unique identity and is different from other areas, especially cultural and lifestyle diversity, as well as law enforcement in respect of family law and the heritage of Islamic citizens, which is only enforced in the southern border provinces.  It is separate from the enforcement of the Civil and Commercial Code as well as the form of interaction between the peoples of the Malayo Peninsula.  Therefore, in the development of the Bachelor of Law (B.B.) program of Yala Rajabhat University, therefore, the identity as well as the appropriateness and context of the area has been provided in the field of Islamic family law and Islamic heritage law.  In order to create lawyers who have knowledge and morality to meet the needs of the area, as well as to bring knowledge from education to the right and fair ness in society.        

          Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences  Yala Rajabhat University has determined that it is necessary that in the southern border provinces to provide instruction in legal subjects. To play a part in resolving the unrest and demands from the local residents.  Recognizing the importance of the law profession, which plays an important role in the southern border provinces, the law course was established in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences by the support and push of Assistant Professor Kraisorn Sritrirat.  The president of Yala Rajabhat University at the time, and assistant professor.  Dr. Sombat Yodtip, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, at the time, made it in 2012.  Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences  Yala Rajabhat University was the first to open the course and became the first law course in the southern border province.

          Law Course  The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences passed the approval of the Academic Council on September 21, 2011, approved by the Council of Yala Rajabhat University.  On December 16, 2011, the Curriculum was approved by the Office of the Higher Education Commission.  On May 4, 2012, after being approved to open the course in the 1st semester of the academic year 2012, the law course was opened to regular and regional students. B.B.A.  Currently, there are approximately 300 regular students from year 1 to fourth grade.  From year 1 to 3rd year, approximately 70 people

          In the course of the course,  The law courses are taught by courses teachers and special lecturers from both central and regional areas, who are knowledgeable in academic and professional law, as well as special lectures by lecturers who are experts or experts in law.  In 2014, the Company's board of attorney sought to create a moral-quality lawyer to the southern border provinces.
